The death toll in yesterday’s terror attack outside the British Parliament now stands at five. That includes the man responsible and one American. Kurt Cochran, a 50-year-old man from Utah, was a tourist with his wife at the time the attacker’s car plowed through pedestrians on the Westminster Bridge. The act injured about 40 others, including Cochran’s wife. She was treated at a hospital for serious injuries. The assailant was a 52-year-old man born and raised in the U.K. He was killed at the scene by police. ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack.
